Meet the Founders

Mary Taylor, MSN, ACNPC-AG
Mary serves as our Medical Director and is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and brings years of clinical expertise in acute care and infusion settings. Mary is driven by her commitment to wellness, safety, and high-quality patient care.

Mary lives with her partner, his daughter, and their two funky pups.

Erin Rickards, JD
Erin leads our Human Resources and Business Operations. With a strong background in finance and small business leadership, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon. Erin’s strategic vision and operational know-how help ensure that Thirst Aid Station runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Erin lives with her husband and two kids, 3 cats, 3 fish, a frog, a dog, a lizard and a partridge in a pear tree.
